By registering a coaching center, institute, or academy on A2Tutor (operated by A2Tutor LMS Platform), tenant administrators agree to maintain accurate credential details, provide valid contact information, and ensure authorized usage. Accounts created during self-registration provision a dedicated multi-tenant LMS environment with subdomain routing.
Tenant administrators explicitly acknowledge and agree that A2Tutor platform administrators and system engineers hold overarching super-admin management access across all tenant dashboards, databases, subdomains, and custom domains. This access is strictly maintained for infrastructure monitoring, security patching, customer support assistance, database optimization, billing audit, and regulatory platform compliance.
Tenant academies retain full ownership of all proprietary course materials, video lectures, exam papers, and syllabus resources uploaded to their panel. A2Tutor LMS Platform retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the underlying LMS software architecture, database triggers, source code, and design tokens. Unapproved reproduction or distribution of platform code is strictly prohibited.
Tenant accounts are provisioned with defined student capacity limits (e.g. Free Trial: 15 active students; Starter: 250 students; Growth: 2,000 students; Enterprise: unlimited). When student capacity reaches 100%, automated admission locks trigger until the tenant upgrades their SaaS plan.
All student course fee transactions and SaaS subscription plan upgrades are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Tenant administrators may configure their own Razorpay gateway credentials in Platform Settings for direct student fee settlement. A2Tutor is not liable for transaction failures originating from third-party banking networks.
Tenants may map branded subdomains (e.g. slug.a2tutor.com) or point custom domains (e.g. learn.youracademy.com) via CNAME DNS record targeting cname.a2tutor.com. A2Tutor issues automated SSL security certificates upon DNS verification.
Tenant instructors and students must maintain professional conduct in live class webinar rooms, doubt forums, and support channels. Transgressions involving offensive content, spamming, or unauthorized data scraping will lead to immediate account suspension.
A2Tutor targets 99.9% platform uptime across hosted cloud servers in India. Routine maintenance windows will be notified in advance. A2Tutor shall not be liable for indirect loss of revenues or third-party telecom outages.
Tenants may cancel SaaS subscription renewals at any time. Upon termination, tenant administrators are provided a 30-day window to export student rosters, course gradebooks, and financial reports before data archival.
